Charles Rasberry Ph.D., LCC Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Rasberry has been a professionally licensed counselor since 2004 with the National Christian Counselor Association. He started counseling as a pastor in 1985. He specializes in individuals, families in crisis and also those dealing with depression and anxiety. He is a Board Certified Temperament Counselor in Sexual Therapy, Group Therapy, Substance Abuse Addiction, Cognitive Therapy, Crisis and Abuse Therapy, Domestic Violence & Intervention Therapy and Christ-Centered Mindfulness.

Cesar Ladan LPC

Cesar became a temperament therapist counselor in 2019. He is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselor Association. His exposure to individual and family counseling started in 1984 as a pastor. For the past three decades, he has helped many who struggled with drugs and alcohol addiction. He was also instrumental in the restoration of many marital relationships. He generally works with his counselee with utmost respect and confidentiality.

Joan Rasberry LCC

Joan is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselor Association. As a Board Certified Temperament Counselor, she brings an effective blend of experience, wisdom, care, and action to the counseling process in order to maximize outcomes and provide genuine healing and wholeness to individuals. But children and teenagers have a special place in her heart. She has a broad and unique base of experience in counseling of children and adolescents as she has several years of practice in ministering to children and troubled young people in the Philippines. She has been a proponent and organizer of various charity events for non-profit organizations in the Philippines such as the annual Christmas Love in the Basket program, Child Sponsorship Program and Youth Mentorship Program geared towards building the youth and helping them discover and fulfill their calling in life.

Randall is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association. Randall has extensive compassion for those who are hurting and he Loves to engage with his fellow travelers on the journey of Life.  His degrees include a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University.

He began his journey into the counseling profession after receiving a season of counseling from Dr. Charles Rasberry, the founder of Oasis for Life.  By that time in his life, he had seen several different counselors for over 20 years.  Although previous counselors were helpful, when Dr. Rasberry began to teach him about his God-given Temperament, the light bulbs kept lighting up for him.   It was a life-changing experience.  After several months of counseling and recovery, he began to feel new hope surging through his being.

Randall is now completing his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and is beginning to offer to others the same Godly guidance offered to him at such a critical time in his journey with God, the Father.

Tricia Novido Ph.D., LCC  (HAWAII)

Tricia is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association. She moved to Hawaii (Big Island) in 2015 with a desire to faithfully serve the Lord and be a blessing to women, families, youth, and children.

Tricia carries vast experiences in the fields of education, business administration, and Christian ministry.  It is her goal to see individuals and families walk in freedom through Christ Jesus. Tricia is a Filipino-American who speaks Tagalog fluently.

Kacie Lyn LCC (OREGON)

Kacie began her journey into counseling to help people find their happiness. Her passion is working with young adults and teenage youth. She believes in being a role model for youth, and helping them to maneuver the roads many youth face today while growing up. She does counsel people of all ages, and loves being able to use her studies to assist her clients in finding their healthier and happier path in life.

She is a Licensed Clinical Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association. Her degrees include a Master of Arts degree in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Oregon State University.

Ruth Cube Keijdener, Deliverance and Inner Healing (CALIFORNIA)

Ruth, whilst being educated as a Doctor of Optometry has also been ordained as a pastor. Her true calling has been in Global Missions in combination with creating Christian-Events and film productions . She is also an itinerant speaker. Ruth has a long-standing history in traveling the globe and has lived in diverse locations in over 10 countries ranging from the Middle East to Europe.

When she walks into a room love gets spread, joy explodes and hope arises. She is a woman of faith because the one whom she believes is perfect , faithful and trustworthy. Ruth burns for people to encounter the love of God.

Lynette Andrew LPC (WASHINGTON)

Lynette is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association. Equipped with compassion, mercy and love she served with her husband as a lay pastor and small group leader for 15 years. She has also served as a missionary pastor in a multicultural church for 10 years. She has survived the loss of her husband and two of her 3 children.
